I met Liz Saldana when I submitted an on-line request to view a home for sale. Within a half hour I received a call from Liz and we met the following day to view the home and on Sunday we put in an offer. Within a couple of hours after deciding to make an offer, Liz had completed and emailed the offer to us to sign. All paperwork was done on-line which was efficient and saved a lot of time.

Liz is VERY responsive and completely on top of things. I did not have to worry about anything falling through the cracks especially in the difficult situation we were in with the buyers due to a divorce. She made sure all inspections, including the pool & solar were handled on time, and even offered to meet inspectors at the property when the owners agent was not responding.
